Application areas
Drum emptying systems are suitable for emptying drums, pails, and containers with highly viscous or poor-flowing media, as well as for transferring and decanting into tanks, IBCs, and process vessels. They handle paste-like, thick, or sticky products—such as adhesives, sealants, silicones, greases, resins, or pastes—reliably and in a controlled manner. Typical applications include residual emptying to reduce product loss, batch processes with frequent container changeovers, and integration into existing production lines or custom plant concepts.
Optional accessories
Our ram press systems can be flexibly configured with a wide range of accessories to match your process, container sizes, and production conditions—for example roller conveyors, drum centering, empty-drum indication, mobile versions, forklift pockets, sensors, and custom container fixtures. Additional options include lift lids and follower lids, extrusion guns and extrusion/dosing valves, material pressure regulators, hoses, follower plates for 20–200 L containers, heating, wall/mounting brackets, as well as valves and pneumatic accessories (safety shut-off valves, check valves, swivels, and ball valves).
